Heavy traffic in Abuja despite lockdown to curb the spread of Coronavirus [video]
The man who recorded the video is heard complaining about the number of people who were out despite the lockdown.
"People cannot stay at home because people are hungry, " he said in reaction to the number of cars "coming into the Abuja Town."
