Gistoftheday noticed that aside from having one of the chart-topping songs, Simi is also a prolific song writer and has writing several songs for other singers which includes her husband, Adekunle Gold.

She recently revealed that she wrote one of her previous hit songs “Joromi” for her husband, Adekunle Gold but decided to change it at the last minute because she has other songs for Adekunle Gold.
